Keep the area clean and dry, use the healing cream as shown, and don’t pick. You will get the after-care card at your visit, and you can always text Holly while healing. Full steps: Perma Brows, Perma Lips, Lash Line.

Most clients describe it as very comfortable. Numbing is used throughout, and some clients even fall asleep. One client compared it to Botox: “you know exactly what it feels like — it’s not even that bad.”

Please contact Holly first and send a clear photo of your brows, lips or lash line in daylight for assessment. Holly works on clean skin, so old pigment often needs to be lightened before a new procedure. After seeing the photo, she will tell you honestly what is possible.

The price is always told up front. The procedure plus the Perfecting Session 4–6 weeks later make the full journey. The follow-up after that is complimentary. There is no deposit to book.

You approve the design on your face before anything is permanent. At the Perfecting Session Holly can adjust details once the color has healed.

The healed result usually lasts 1–3 years. When about 60–70% of the color has faded, it is time for a Color Refresh. For some clients that is after one year, for others after two or three — it depends on lifestyle, sun exposure, skincare and how your skin held the color after healing.

No deposit is needed to book.

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Later changes or missed appointments have a $150 fee.

Not always. Before your procedure you complete a short medical profile. If something makes it unsafe, Holly will tell you honestly.
